Subscription Agreement for Cat Litter Box Service

This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Nana & Chi (“Company”) and the Subscriber (“Customer”) upon subscribing to the Cat Litter Box Subscription service. By subscribing, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Subscription Plans & Billing

1.1 Subscription (No-Contract)

• Customers are billed 2, 4 or 6 weeks on a recurring basis base on their selection.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Delivery occurs once every 2, 4 or 6 weeks to the shipping address provided by the Customer.
• Pricing is based on the current rates listed on the official website at the time of billing.
• If Customers wish to make any changes to their subscription—such as frequency or litter variation—they must do so at least 7 days before their next billing date.
• The Company reserves the right to adjust monthly pricing at any time. Customers will be charged based on the latest pricing available on the website at the time of renewal.

1.2 Promotions & Discounts

• Promotional discounts, if available, apply as per the official website at the time of purchase.
• Discounts do not carry over to renewals unless explicitly stated.

2. Delivery & Product Fulfillment

• Subscriptions receive one delivery per 2, 4 or 6 weeks.
• The Company is not responsible for delays due to incorrect address details or courier issues beyond its control.
• Subscription pricing includes free delivery within standard service areas.
• Additional charges may apply for deliveries to non-lift accessible floors or locations requiring special handling. The Customer will be informed of these charges before delivery.
• If the Customer is unavailable during the delivery window, redelivery charges may apply.

3. Exchange Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Exchange

• If a delivered box is found to be damaged or contains missing items, and the box remains unused, the Customer is eligible to request an exchange.
• This exchange policy does not apply to free or promotional items provided.
• The Customer must notify the Company within 7 days from the delivery date.

3.2 Exchange Process

• To initiate an exchange, the customer should contact our support team at hello@nanaandchi.com, including a description of the issue and any supporting evidence (e.g., photographs).
• Upon verification of the claim, the Company will arrange for a replacement box at no additional cost. At the Company’s sole discretion, the Company may replace or exchange only the affected parts of the product rather than the entire box.

3.3 Limitations

• Exchange requests received after the 7-day period from delivery will not be accepted.
• Only unused boxes qualify for an exchange.
• The Company reserves the right to verify the claim before processing any exchange.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Subscription Cancellation

• Customers may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
• No refunds are issued for partial months.

4.2 Subscription Renewal & Non-Payment

• Subscriptions renew automatically based on the rates listed on the website at the time of renewal.
• If payment fails, the subscription will be placed on hold. The Customer will have 7 days to update payment details before the subscription is canceled.

5. Referral Program & Reward Vesting

• Referral rewards are issued only after the referred subscriber completes a minimum subscription period, as stated on the official website.
• If the referred subscriber cancels before completing the required period, referral rewards are forfeited.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend referral rewards for accounts associated with repeated cancellations or abuse of the program.

6. Subscription Changes & Modifications

• Customers may request an upgrade, downgrade, or pause of their subscription by contacting customer support.
• The Company reserves the right to modify the product, pricing, terms, and conditions at any time.
• All updates to the contract will be reflected on the official website. Customers are responsible for reviewing the latest terms before renewal.

7. Terms of Service & Liability

• The Company is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the product.
• The Customer agrees not to resell, redistribute, or misuse the subscription for commercial purposes.
• Disputes shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.

8. Acceptance of Agreement

By subscribing, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated in this Agreement. The latest version of this Agreement is available on www.nanaandchi.com and is subject to updates by the Company.
