Subscription & Delivery
Yes, you can update your litter choice, delivery frequency, or address through your account dashboard.
Your item(s) will be delivered within 3-5 working days from your billing date.
Contact us at least 5 days before your next billing date to adjust delivery instructions or reschedule. Last minute requests will still be accepted but may be subject to one-time additional charge where appropriate.
You will be billed automatically based on your chosen delivery schedule, if you are subscribed to a recurring purchase. Changes made at least 7 days before billing will apply to the upcoming delivery.

Yes! When you buy our litter set, you can choose the type of litter for each bag. We don’t pre-mix the litter, but you’re free to mix them however you like at home. You can also purchase individual bags.

Yes! We offer just our signature biodegradable disposable litter box on its own, for both one-time purchase and subscription. You can also opt for the disposable box and scratching boards set.
Sustainability & Use
Our tofu litter is flushable in small amounts. Cassava litter is not flushable due to its dense clumping.
Our disposable box is water-resistant and biodegradable. If you’re using it as a litter tray, we recommend replacing it after 6 weeks. For composting, remove the metal staples before shredding. Please dispose of responsibly according to your local waste guidelines.
Yes, you still need to scoop out the soiled, clumped litter to ensure the litter box is fresh and clean for your cat’s toilet business. But skip the scrubbing, of course!
